How to Take "Dash" !!(This is a standard taste guide line.)
1. 600ml water in a pot and put one bag of Ajinokura-Dashi into the pot.
2. Boil them. Coming to boiling point, down to medium flame, 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Stop the flame then Dashi is finished. (Let the Dashi cool if necessary.)
The standard taste is finished, you can add salt or soy souce or hot water, if necessary.
